Build up LINE Business Solution of Agency business awareness and performance in Taiwan. Develop overall sales strategy, leadership managing team. 

With a rapidly growing array of sales teams, it's important to have knowledgeable, charismatic leaders to guide our client sales teams. As a Sales manager, you'll lead and coach high-performing sales consulting teams that use consultative sales skills to understand our advertisers' needs and deliver measurable solutions that grow their businesses. You are an excellent communicator with a proven ability to train and motivate a large team, and you take an analytical approach to sales management.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage, inspire and motivate a team of client-facing and high-performing LINErs to create a goal-oriented culture with inclusivity and collaboration in mind.
  • Coach your team on engaging with and influencing stakeholders across your team’s portfolios to deliver client success and shared business results.
  • Lead your team in analyzing customer data and industry trends to develop strategic plans for customers and/or partners.
  • Ensure team readiness to deliver digital complex solutions. Create a culture of sales innovation and customer success on the team based on diverse, equitable and inclusive team environment.

 

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, a related field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of digital sales experience with 3 years of management experience.
  • Great communication skill and management experience to lead the team work with cross function team and global team
  • Familiar with Digital trend and media to drive revenue.
  • Ability to take ownership for decisions, secures support, and remove key obstacles
  • Ability to speak and write in English and Mandarin fluently.
